· Venue arrangements : We handle all of the duties that are inputs of finding the right location for your meetings. We have the capabilities of sending our employees all over the world for your venue needs. We make sure the venue adheres to all of the specifications you may desire through our quality control policies.

· Transportation arrangements : We handle arrangements for everything from car, coach, and limousine service to airplane, helicopter and private jet service. We help to coordinate transportation in proper time slots so that transfers, flight timings and event timings are right on schedule.

· Equipment arrangements : We facilitate any additive equipment needs that are not fulfilled by the venue. Anything from computer software to printed information required for the meetings.
Coordinate all catering needs. Whether refreshments or seven course meals, no menu is too difficult.

· Room arrangements: We are on the credit list with all of the major hotels in Asia, and with over 3000 hotels in Europe. Our ability to book and confirm hotels is perpetuated by our office locations worldwide, and our ability to function in all different time zones across the world.

· Invitational arrangements: We handle all arrangements to mail out, phone, announce, market and confirm all invitations.

· On site management: Our staff is available at all of your meetings to make sure all operation runs smooth.

· Costless communication : We have multiple toll-free numbers for all of our clients.

· Handling your VIPs: We arrange special treatment, whether, ground transportation, airline ticket arrangement or suite arrangement for special executives and clients of yours, so that your image and goodwill is protected.

· Special fares and negotiated fares: For our clients, we have the ability to arrange flights on the basis of group fares, even if the group is divided in terms of their geographic ports. We are also able to relinquish the burden of cancelled flights and last minute changes in flight details.

· Provide alternative travel plans in case of strikes, scheduling cutbacks, or an airline's financial difficulties.

· Facilitate special travel needs, such as wheelchair arrangements and special seats on the aircraft.

· Handle all the passport and visa arrangements, regardless of the port or destination, for all of our clients.
