General Terms &
Conditions

Rama Tours Inc. is a Outbound coordinating Package
Tour Operator for Tours arrangements in coordination with Tour
Operators, Transporters as well as Hoteliers. We tried our best
to give maximum information available regarding the tours, transportation,
hotel accommodations that are subject to change without prior
notice. We are not responsible for any delay in flight schedules
or hotel services or delinquency in services provided by any agency,
airline, transporter, hotels or any damage or default of the above
provider who helps in our operation.
Brochure: - All
information given in our brochure is based on the information
available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to
make any changes before or after the tour.
Meals:- Though continental
breakfast is almost set by each hotel concerned and differs from
hotel to hotel but menus of dinners or lunches where we provide
are mostly pre-set menu before the tout starts. Special meals
can be provided in writing before the tour starts. We have full
right to change the meal arrangement and any meal missed by the
client no refund is due.
Hotels:- We normally
provide 3 star to 4 star hotels with continental breakfast keeping
in view to provide maximum comforts available in particular hotel
but keep in view we are only agents. Any change in the hotel services,
company will not be liable for the program/itinerary change. Though
we operate tours as per itinerary/program declared before tour
starts but due to unavoidable circumstances, we have full right
to make changes depending upon the situation.
Transportation:-
We provide deluxe airconditioned transport and these coaches are
well equipped with emergency washroom. Howeverthis facility is
not to be used in lieu of the restroom at our frequent stops.
We are not responsible for any valuable items in case of loss/damage
including baggage in the coach during journey.
Cancellations:-
Once booking is made and circumstances compel you to cancel the
tour, cancellation must be intimated to us in writing not verbally
or over the phone and following cancellation charges will be levied:

Cancellation due to visa rejection- Any passenger traveling on
RamaWorldwide Tour must be in possession of valid visas. However
please note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned
Consulate/Authorities to grant/reject visa even after if you have
submitted all the relevant documents. The company will not be
responsible for the non-issuance of the visa due to non-receipt
of the delayed or incomplete documents. Passengers whose visas
are not granted by the UK/USA Consulates must intimate us at least
45 days in advance for which the company will deduct INR 2000/-
per person as Administrative Charges and refund the balance deposit
amount. However if such intimation is received in the said period
cancellation charges will be levied as mentioned above. The date
will only be confirmed after obtaining the visa by the client
and will be subject to availability 01 the tour during that point
oftime.
Payment:-
Full paymentto be made well in advance and any
payment made within 10 days before departure of
the tour it has to be paid in cash or demand draft
in company's favour.

Refund:-
Relund will be made keeping in view our terms
and conditions of cancellations as mentioned
above. For cases of airlines tickets to be refunded
it will take 60 to 90 days for refund of the
air tickets and anybody who starts the tour
and do not utilize the services of the hotels,
transportation, meals or in other words miss
any services, no refund will be made.
Terms and Conditions of Travel:-
The tour Participant will have to follow strictly the tour program
and has to back in India as per the validity of the air ticket.
The participants who do not travel with the group shall not
be entitled for any refund under any circumstances. It shall
be noted that it will be the responsibility of the Tour participant
to reach the place of the commencement of the tour and register
the appointed place, date and time with the representative of
the company. For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating
to the tours marketed/co-coordinated by Rama Tours & Travels
Pvt. Ltd. The courts in Delhi shall alone have jurisdiction.
All tours are subject to law, rules of RBI/GOI
Tips :-
tips are recommended to be paid to Drivers and
Tour Managers @ USD 02 per person per day which
is considered as an incentives to the Drivers/Tour
Managers as a normal practice.
Travel Insurance :- We
strongly recommend all participants who join our tour must have
extra amount of these Insurance to protect themselves in all
respects. Rama Tours Inc. is not responsible
or liable lor loss, damage, theft of luggage and for personal
belongings, or of personal injury, accidents and/or illness.
For your protection, it is important that you have, or purchase,
adequate insurance or cover these eventualities. For your insurance
please contact your travel agent or us.
Booking Forms
:- One has to fill up the booking
form in detail as per booking form enclosed
giving complete information along with non-refundable
deposit.
Responsibility:- Rama
Tours Inc. and its associated agents herein after referred to
as Operator, act only as an agent for the owners or contractors
providing means of transportation, other services and all tickets
are issued subject to any and all terms and conditions under
such means of transportation or other services are offered or
provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall
be deemed to be consent to the further condition that the participating
travel agent and/or Operator shall not be or become liable or
responsible in any way in connection with such means of transportation
or other services, for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect
of any person or property howsoever caused or arising. Should
any circumstances make it desirable or necessary to change or
cancel the travel plan or program such changes or cancellation
may be made. Additional expenses, if any caused thereby, shall
be borne by the passenger. Cost of land arrangements
and air transportation are based on tariffs in January 2006
(One U.S. Dollar=0.98 Euro). We reserve the right to
alter the quoted costs in the event of any marked increase or
decrease in foreign currency tariff changes or for any other
reason without prior notice. Although the owners or contractors
providing means of transportation or other service will take
all possible care of passengers' baggage or belongings entrusted
to their care, participating travel agent and or operator does
not in any way accept responsibility in the event of loss on
injury thereto. Air India transportation companies concerned
are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event
during the time passengers are not on board their planes or
conveyances. The passenger contract in use by the carriers concerned,
when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the
airlines or transportation companies and the purchaser of this
tour/or passengers.
